Our perspective
A house should

Not simply a beautiful place to sleep. A place that changes how you move through the day.
We are drawn to the relationship between a room and its surroundings: a window placed for the morning light, a wall that carries the warmth of the afternoon, a terrace that makes everyone set their phone aside.
The HAVALA approach to villas begins with character. Privacy matters, but so does the freedom to gather. Design matters, but so does how a chair feels after a long lunch. The most exceptional house is often the one in which life becomes wonderfully uncomplicated.
Residences are a longer-term expression of this philosophy. At present, these pages describe our design direction and interest in thoughtful partnerships; they are not a catalogue of property for sale or rent.
